What are the restaurant’s opening hours?
From 1 September until 18 October 2026 inclusive, our Auberge adjusts its opening days:
- OPEN: From Wednesday lunchtime to Monday lunchtime
- CLOSED: Monday evening + Tuesday lunchtime & evening
From 19 October to 1 November 2026 inclusive, L’Auberge du HIRTZ will be open 7 days a week, lunchtime and evening, to welcome you and make the most of the holidays!
Lunch served from 12 noon to 2 pm (last hot dish served at 1:30 pm), except Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 3 pm (last hot dish served at 2:30 pm)
Dinner served from 7 pm to 10 pm (last hot dish served at 8:30 pm), except Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to 11 pm (last hot dish served at 9:30 pm)
Groups of 15 or more: we welcome you 7 days a week, lunchtime and evening, including on closing days. By reservation only
Good to know: Ticket Restaurant, Passeport Gourmand and Chèques Vacances are accepted.
