Nordic walking
What is Nordic walking?
Nordic walking, which originated in Scandinavia, is practised with special poles that accentuate arm movements, working the whole body. It takes place outdoors on a variety of terrain such as forest trails, paths or parks. Accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, this activity can be adapted to your needs and preferences.

The benefits of Nordic walking
Muscle strengthening: The poles work the muscles of the upper body, arms, shoulders and back, in addition to the leg muscles.
2 – Improved endurance: Regular practice develops cardio-respiratory capacity, allowing you to walk longer and more efficiently.
3 – Joint support: The technique reduces the impact on the joints, making it gentler than running.
4 – Weight loss: Combined with a balanced diet, it can help burn calories and lose weight.
5 – Stress reduction: Walking in the heart of nature promotes relaxation, reducing stress and improving mood.
6 – Socialising: Practised in a group, it offers an opportunity to meet new people and motivate each other.
